Greg Shaffer is Founder and President of SHAFFER SECURITY GROUP (SSG) in Texas. SSG provides Active Shooter Response training to prepare individuals to mentally and physically respond to worst case scenarios. As Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) Certified Instructors SSG has conducted training for schools, law firms, theaters, churches and businesses.  As the Counter Terrorism Supervisor at FBI Dallas, he led the security planning for the 2011 NFL Super Bowl, as well as the 2010 NBA Finals; the 2010 NBA All Star Game; 2010 MLB World Series; and many other high-profile events which were considered targets of terrorism.

Robert Tibbo is Director of Training & Owner of CRITICAL DEFENSE INSTITUTE, LLC in Manchester, NH. Rob is a fifth degree black belt in taekwondo, a second degree black belt in hapkido, and a military combatives instructor, in addition to a master firearms instructor. CDI provides firearm and self defense training to civilian, law enforcement, and military audiences. As an ALICE Partner in Training, CDI can provide 1-day or 2-day Active Shooter Response training to businesses, schools, churches, organizations and individuals.

Michelle Clarke is a retired deputy sheriff from Merrimack County who currently teaches the CRASE active shooter protocol for state employees through N.H. Homeland Security and Emergency Management. She is an adjunct professor in the criminal justice program at NHTI and is an Instructor Trainer/State Director for RAD systems self-defense programs.

David Nelson is Owner of D. B. NELSON DESIGN. David has provided theatrical design and consulting services for over 30 years. He is the former staff Technical Director for the Derry Opera House in addition to working as a freelance theatrical lighting designer and stage technician at various venues in the region.  Additionally, he works as an Instructor at CDI, LLC., supporting their Defensive Pistol series classes, ALICE Enhanced Lockdown Active Shooter Response and Simunition FX Force-on-Force Scenario training.
